• The service is not to be used to conduct mass emailing (copying and sending the same request to large numbers of experts). Please send general enquiries to a selected group of six (6) or fewer experts at a time;
• The service must not be used to approach experts to sell commercial material;
• Inappropriate, illegal, harassing or offensive material must not be sent to experts using this service.

An expert’s listing on Expert Guide does not confirm their availability for a specific project or enquiry. Experts have the discretion to choose the enquiries or interactions they undertake, and their listing on this site does not bind the expert to any course of action.

Expert Guide monitors use and content on all email forms on the website. Action will be taken to bar any individuals or organisations found to be conducting activity in breach of the above protocols.
